  • GEP 2: Project Manager x 1 – To be based in Honiara

PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Umi Tugeda Project Manager will manage the implementation of Umi Tugeda project to be on time, on budget and on target (meeting desired outcomes). S/he is expected to establish and nurture partnership with relevant Solomon Islands Government ministries, Churches, funding partners, and relevant development partners, in coordination with Sector Portfolio Manager – Gender and Child Protection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead development & completion of project annual work plans and budget, translated from approved project designs
  • Strategic Planning, Resource Mobilization & Alignment
  • Leadership, project Staff Capacity Building & Support
  • Representation & Networking
