Job Description:
As a Junior IT Technician, you will have a varied role that includes customer-facing duties such as phone support and on-site visits. You will engage with clients to solve technical problems, monitor their devices, and play a proactive role in keeping systems running smoothly and securely. Your role will also involve assisting with sales, explaining technical products and services to customers to help them make informed decisions.

• Recent graduate with a technical degree or equivalent.
