Solomon Airlines is pleased to announce that it is facilitating Qatar and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Developing Countries Scholarship for 2025 in Pilot training. The scholarship is jointly established by Qatar and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Developing Countries Programme (DCSP) which is sponsored by the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) and the Qatar Aeronautical Academy (QAA) and jointly administered by QCAA, QAA, and ICAO.

The duration of the scholarship is 24 months at a selected institution in Qatar commencing in February 2025 to February, 2027. Applicants must be totally committed and motivated to succeed in this profession.

This Program aims to develop the successful candidate to complete the training and join the team at Solomon Airlines upon returning to SI.

Pre – entry requirements are as follows:

• Minimum age of 17 years
• IELTS Scores: Reading 6.0, Listening 5.5, Speaking 5.5 and overall, 5.5
• Achieve passes in all subjects in the Foundation Program: Maths 75% and Physics 75% and /or provide educational equalization certificates;
• Medically fit
