Capabilities required o Proactive leadership skills with the department & stakeholder. o Excellent management skills in the areas of Market access and bilateral negotiations. o Good understanding of the legislation process o well versed with the Biosecurity legislation & regulations o Familiar with international conventions such as WTO, CODEX, IPPC & PPPO o Strong understanding in international national Border security and risk management. |
