Job Description

Accountabilities:

• Ensure 90% of our postpaid customer paid their bills on time.
• Ensure to pursue revenue collection.
• Ensure compliance with payment plans and liaise with bad debt customers.
• Ensure all customer payments and direct banking payments remitted to the right customer account (s).
• Ensure all customer queries resolve quickly. On daily basis and weekly for corporate customers.
• Ensure to respond to customer through emails, phone calls etc. Within time frame expected.
• Ensure hard copy customer invoices is enveloped and delivered on time.
• Assist Supervisor Revenue Assurance on tasks relating to Revenue Assurance.
• Review the aged trial balance on regular basis and follow-up with debtor customer.
• Ensure TOS is implemented to customer service in accordance with department policy and procedures.
• Ensure all customer payments are accurately posted.
• Ensure all system receipting are sequential.
• Attend internal trainings conducted by the company and sign-off on the attendance.
• Initiate monthly one-on-one discussion with the line manager and properly document it.

Requirements

• Fair Judgement and able to Maintain Confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowlegde of General Accounting Procedures.
• Hands-on experience with any Billing, ERP or Accounting Software.
• Minimum experience of atleast 3 years in revenue assurance, or any areas relating to Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
