Vacancy – Accountant

Total Print Solution Ltd is a Copier/Print Solution Supplier. We are seeking applications for an Accountant to join our company. This position reports to the General Manager and Managing Director. If you’re a proactive individual with a positive mindset, and strong technical accounting acumen, we’re eager to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger reconciliation for the company
• Support the financial management functions, finance and administration
• Coordinate and execute timely and accurate month end reports and reconciliation
• Prepare timely financial analysis (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss statement and Cashflows)
• Ensure accurate accounting records are maintained
• Prepare timely regulatory reports for submission on a timely basis
• Enforce company policies around accounting procedures and processes
• Assist in preparation reports for General manager and Managing Director when needed
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements
• Other Duties as required by the General manager and Managing Director

Qualifications & Experience

• Must have a Degree in accounting and finance or related field
• Well versed with statutory laws (taxation/superannuation and others) accounting standards
• Excellent financial acumen
• Proficient in MS Application
• Customer Focused, ability to manage complex issues, collaborative
• Excellent communication skills, accountable and driven
• Experience with QuickBooks and MYOB Accounting System will be an added advantage
