Are you exciting to join and work with a national organisation who is dedicated to combating the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC), Sexual Abuse, and Human Trafficking in the Solomon Islands. Homes of Peace and Empower (HOPE Trust) is partnership with Child Fund Australia, aims to strengthen its gender equality, disability and social inclusion practice through the development of a Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) policy. HOPE TRUST seeking a local Consultant with civil experience in develop GEDSI policy with consultation with the Board of Governance and the Senior Management Team (SMT) and other relevant stakeholders.
Scope of Work
The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Develop and implement an approved Plan of Action which includes all the activities, stakeholders and timeframe of the assignment.
- Conduct a GEDSI review to understand the current state of gender equality, disability inclusion, and social inclusion within Hope Trust, identifying good practices, gaps and opportunities.
- Propose a plan of action to develop the policy, including tools and methodology.
Application requirement:

- Update curriculum
- Provide a summary of three work experiences in developing GEDSI or similar policies.
