VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
Program Officer

JICA Solomon Islands invites applications from experienced and qualified persons who are motivated to work with JICA.

KEY AREAS ENGAGED IN:

• JICA’s ODA programs including grant/concessional loan assistance and Technical Cooperations in various sectors such as capacity development, infrastructure development, industrial promotion, health and education, governance, and environment.
• Terms of Reference of the Program Officer may be inquired through e-mail communication addressed below.

CONDITIONS:

• Gross annual salary and house allowance are paid based on JICA SI Office regulations.
• Successful applicant is expected to demonstrate good performance immediately.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 3-years working experience in public/private sector
• Bachelor’s or higher degree
• Computer skills: Windows Applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
• Excellent written and spoken command of English and Pidgin
• Good business manner and responsibility on work
• Valid SI driver’s licence (desirable)
