Role Overview

SSL is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Website and Social Media Platforms Creator/Content Manager to design websites, manage digital content, and support online engagement strategies for its client base. This position requires a versatile professional who can deliver high-quality digital solutions tailored to diverse organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Design and Development

• Design and build responsive, SEO-optimized websites.
• Use CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) to enable client-side updates.
• Coordinate with clients to understand branding and functional requirements.

2. Content Strategy and Management

• Develop custom content strategies aligned with each client’s objectives.
• Create and upload blogs, videos, infographics, and social media updates.
• Ensure messaging reflects client values and audience expectations.

3. Digital Campaigns and Online Marketing

• Plan and implement digital campaigns to boost client visibility.
• Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies for performance improvement.

4. Client Training and Support

• Provide training and manuals for clients to manage their websites.
• Offer ongoing support for technical issues and content refreshes.

5. Technical Capabilities Required

• Website functionality, E-commerce setup, payment integration.
• Use of opt-in forms, auto-responders, and speed optimization tools.
• Hosting setup, plugin installation, social media integration.
• Ability to collaborate with external freelancers on platforms like Fiverr.com or Freelancer.com.

Deliverables

• Fully functional and live websites for assigned SSL clients.
• Monthly content calendars and digital platform updates.
• Client satisfaction surveys and monthly project performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in website development and content management.
• Proven portfolio of website and content creation projects.
• Skilled in CMS platforms, SEO, and digital design tools.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
