We are hiring an Operations Manager

We are Australian certified and trained: Services include Pest and Rodent control (Commercial and Residential), Pool Cleaning, Deep cleaning, Office Hygiene Services, Malaria Misting and larva checks, Water Blasting, Roof Gutter and Solar cleaning.

Job Overview: The Operations Manager plays a key role in managing Ezzy Kill's operations and technicians. The role focusses on coordination of resources, by scheduling jobs through our software portal. This includes calling and scheduling jobs with clients and coordinating and dispatching technicians. This position is essential to the smooth and efficient operation of Ezzy Kill's services and ensures that all activities are conducted to ensure client satisfaction and quality of services.

Competencies (Knowledge/Skills/Qualification/Experience):

1. Admin and Business experience
2. Knowledge on MS Teams, Office Suite and other software that candidate will be trained.
3. Customer Service & Communication
   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident in English. Ability to communicate clearly & professionally with clients and staff.
4. Documentation & Reporting Accuracy
   Ability to maintain and manage client interactions using digital software and similar platforms.
5. Time Management & Reliability
   Proven ability to manage daily schedules, complete jobs within set timeframes, and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

6. Relevant Qualifications & Certifications.

   • Excellent problem-solving skills
   • Ethical & fair decision-making skills
   • Ability to adapt and align with organization goals.
   • Ability to handle client concerns in a timely and professional manner

   Experience & Field Exposure

   • Hands-on experience in managing field operations
   • Familiarity with field services management software and/or similar platforms.
   • Knowledge of sustainable pest control practices is a bonus.
