VACANCY: Project Officer

The Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) is seeking a motivated Project Officer to support implementation of the Bezos Earth Fund Project in Solomon Islands. The position provides operational, logistical, and technical support to field activities, community engagement, and data collection.

Qualification – Minimum 3 years’ experience in project support, community engagement, or logistics, preferably within conservation or development. Strong communication and coordination skills required, with fluency in English and Solomon Islands Pijin. Experience working with provincial governments and rural communities is highly desirable.

Location: Honiara (with frequent travel to project sites)
Duration: One-year contract, renewable based on performance and funding.
