We are looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this position, you’ll travel to client sites to provide installation, repair, and maintenance services for our products. Your technical abilities and customer-facing skills will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and offer training to users as needed. Strong communication skills will help you explain technical concepts clearly and build trusting relationships with clients. An organized approach and attention to detail will be key as you manage your schedule and maintain accurate records of your work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services to clients

Requirement

  • Certificate or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in field service or related role
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and repair techniques
  • Certification in relevant technical areas
