Located at Honiara, Solomon IslandsWe seek a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team being our frontline growth engine, responsible for hunting and closing B2B opportunities across both Managed IT Services (MSP) and Managed Print Services (MPS).
You will help clients audit their current technology output, reduce operational waste, secure their networks, and transition them into streamlined, cloud-enabled environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Full Technology Stack: Prospect and close contracts spanning network security, cloud transitions, backup/disaster recovery (MSP), and print fleet optimization (MPS).
- Consultative Audits & Discovery: Conduct physical and digital infrastructure audits to establish baseline print volumes and IT vulnerabilities.
- Unified Workspace Solutions: Pitch integrated software environments (e.g., tying print authentication software like Papercut into active cloud directories).
- Predictable Revenue Growth: Shift clients from ad-hoc, chaotic hardware purchases to a smooth, predictable Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) or Leasing model.
- Tender & Bid Responses: Orchestrate responses to medium-to-large scale commercial tenders.
Qualifications & Attributes (What We Are Looking For)
- Experience: 3–5+ years in B2B technology sales (Print, SaaS, Telco, or IT Managed Services).
- Hybrid Understanding: Comfortable talking about cybersecurity and cloud networks, as well as A3 / A4 fleet metrics.
- Commercial Literacy: Ability to build complex ROI models showing cost reductions of up to 30% to 40%.
Relationship Focused: A track record of moving past transactional sales into long term client retention.

We are looking for a versatile Service Engineer to join our team. This role is unique—you’ll be the bridge between high-level IT network support and specialized managed print services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this is the role for you.
The Role
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the health of our clients' IT ecosystems. Your day will shift between proactive remote monitoring and on-site mechanical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remote Monitoring: Use RMM tools to identify and resolve network, server, and workstation issues before they impact the client.
- On-Site Hardware Support: Diagnose, repair, and maintain multi-function printers and high-volume print equipment.
- Network Integration: Install and configure print management software and ensure seamless scan-to-email/folder functionality.
- Ticketing & Documentation: Manage service requests through our CRM, ensuring all technical steps and parts used are accurately logged.
- Client Success: Provide professional on-site support and basic user training for new hardware and software installations.
What You Bring to the Table
- The Toolkit: Proven experience with RMM and CRM platforms, plus a strong mechanical aptitude for hardware repair.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and print protocols.
- The Credentials: 2+ years in an MSP or Field Service role. Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or manufacturer-specific) are a major plus.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license and the ability to manage a mobile service schedule independently.
- Precision: High attention to detail regarding data entry and technical documentation.
