BOC in Solomon Islands is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team
Key tasks to be performed
- Conduct regular customer visits to build and maintain strong relationships
- Promote and sell company products and services to existing and new clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries and close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report on sales performance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Skills required for the role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and client engagement ability
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills
Experience required for the role
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, retail or customer service
- Experience in field sales or customer-facing roles and handling customer accounts is an advantage
- Knowledge of the local businesses
Qualification required
- Certificate, diploma, or degree relevant to the position
- Driving license
