The Solomon Island National Provident Fund Board is calling tenders for nine outsourced services for various services on its commercial investment properties. These service contracts will start on 1st July 2024.

Tenders are now invited for eligible & reputable companies to submit their tender proposals for the above services to its commercial properties in Honiara and Auki.

Interested bidders must collect the Bidding Documents and Terms of Reference (TOR) from our Contract Monitoring Officer at level 2 NPF Building. All bidders must pay a non-refundable tender fee of $100 per service contract applied for, payable at the SINPF cashier and attach a copy of the receipt to their bid.

All bidders must comply with following minimum requirement to be eligible to apply.

1. Valid Business Registration with SIG Company Haus and valid HCC Business Licence
2. Active SINPF Contributor
3. Tax Code (IRD TIN)
4. Valid Insurances (Public Liability and Worker’s compensation)

All tenders must be submitted in hard copies only to the Tender box at the NPF Building Level 2 West wing, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the specific contract service reference as stated above and addressed to:

SINPF is not bound to accept the lowest tender. Failure to comply with the tender instructions may lead to disqualification of the tender. Any attempt to influence the award will cause automatic disqualification and may lead to criminal proceedings.
