REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SINPF VENDORS
The Solomon Island National Provident Fund Board is inviting eligible building contractors and suppliers to submit their “Expression of Interest” for the following field of categories for SINPF Financial Year 2024/2025.
- General Building Maintenance and Carpentry services
- Plumbing services
- Civil Construction Services
- Electrical services
- Mechanical, Engineering services
- Furniture and Joinery services
- Aluminum and Glazing services
- Welding, Fabrication and metal works/services
- Land Surveying Services
- Project and Contract Management Services
- Architectural Design & Drafting, Engineering and or Quantity Surveying services
- Pest Control and fumigation services
- UXO Clearance services
- Secretarial Services (Office supplies & printing services)
- Event and catering services
- Freight & Cargo Customs clearance services
- Domestic Shipping services
- Medical Consultancy and supplies
- Radio & print publicity, graphic design & video production
- Landscape design and services
- Carpet cleaning
- Facade cleaning services (Anthony Saru Building & NPF Building)
- Tree cutting and Bush clearing
- Crane/Tow truck services
- Wreckage salvaging service
- Valuation services
- Legal services
- Office cleaning supplies
- Fuel & Gas services
- Vehicle service & maintenance
- Computer and IT printing services
Contractors/Suppliers may either submit “EOI” specifying the categories from the combination of the above various categories or as individual contractor/Supplier for each category of service.
Interested contractors/Suppliers are required to submit their company profile with the following minimum information but not limited to other information and documents deemed necessary;
(A) Technical capability
This capability includes: Qualification of personal, Experiences and references, structure of company, history of company, rates per hour etc.
(B) Compliances
This includes:
- Company Haus Registration Certificate
- SINPF registration & Active Contributor status
- Valid HCC or provincial Business registration Certificate
- Valid Insurance-Workers compensation and public liability insurance & CAR insurance as applicable
- Tax Code (TIN)
(C) Financial Capability
Valid documents certifying financial capability of company.
All tenders must be submitted in hard copies only to the Tender box at NPF Building Level 2, in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the specific contract service reference as stated above and addressed to:
