The Solomon Islands Water Authority (SIWA) (“the Employer”) now invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers for the Fencing and Civil Works for White River Reservoirs Project works.

The works include but are not limited to:

• Removal and disposal of existing chain-link fence
• Minor earthworks covering trenching, cut and fill, benching, levelling and compaction
• Construction of approximately 65m of retaining wall structure
• Construction of approximately 38m length of 1m wide concrete slab on ground
• Construction of concrete footing and plinth and installation of approximately 240m of expanded mesh fence (with barbed and razor wire)

• Fabrication and installation of 2 double swing vehicular gates and 1 x pedestrian gate

Tender documents are available for collection in hard copy or through electronic means from the Solomon Water office, 2nd Floor, BJS Building at Commonwealth Street, Point Cruz.

Deadline for submission of tender: 16 May 2024, 3pm, Solomon Island time.

Failure to comply with the Tender instructions may lead to disqualification of the Tenderer; and any attempt by a Tenderer to influence the award of the tender in favour of any Tenderer will lead to disqualification and may lead to criminal proceedings.

SW is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender.
