1. This project is financed by the World Bank through the above loan. The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock through the SIART Project invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the Construction of the MAL Provincial Office Building at Malaita

2. Eligible bidders should have:
   i. Experience in the construction of at least one contract of a similar nature and complexity to the Works described in this Invitation during the last three years.
   ii. Evidence of financial resources sufficient to successfully complete the Works.
   iii. The necessary licenses, permits, and certifications required by local authorities.

3. A complete set of Request for Quotation (RFQ) electronic-copy documents in English will be provided to interested eligible bidders at the SIART Project Office address below.

4. Quotations must be submitted to the address below on or before 20th June 2025, no later than 2:30 pm. Late quotations may be rejected. Bid opening will take place at 3:30 pm on the same day at the SIART Conference Room.

5. A Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 4th June 2025 at 10:00 am at the SIART Project Office, Lee Kwok Kuen Building, Point Cruz, Honiara. Interested bidders are encouraged to attend.
