Invitation to Tender

The Ministry of Health and Medical Services (MHMS) invites interested & qualified firms to submit sealed tenders for the following tenders:

Tendering will be conducted through the Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the SIG Public Financial Management (Procurement) Regulations 2021 and SIG Procurement and Contract Administration Manual 2022 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the ITT.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tender Document at the office of the Procuring Entity, Procurement Unit, Ministry of Health & Medical Services, Mbokolo Building China Town, and P.O. Box 349, Honiara from 8:30pm-4:30pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.

All Tenders in one original plus one (1) copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address below, at or before 2pm, 18th December 2025. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the opening at Ministry of Finance and Treasury Leaf Hut, Honiara, Solomon Islands.

All Completed Tender documents must be delivered to the Central Tender Board (CTB) located at the Ministry of Finance and Treasury and addressed to:
