The Solomon Islands Red Cross Society (SIRCS) is a leading humanitarian organization in the Solomon Islands, serving as an auxiliary to the Government of Solomon Islands. Established in 1983 through an Act of Parliament, it became a recognized member of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) in 1991. SIRCS is one of the 191 National Societies established around the world.
The purpose of this Request for information (RFI) is to identify legitimate, qualified and reliable suppliers and service providers who can support upcoming programs across Honiara, Guadalcanal, Gizo, Noro, Munda, Auki, Kirakira, Tingoa and Lata. The RFI will assist in the pre-qualification of vendors for future procurement opportunities.
Vendors (company, individual, SME) may submit information for one or more of the following categories:

Interested vendors must submit the following information:
- Company Profile and registration details (Business registration, Business license & Tax Identification number (TIN))
- Description of services or products offered
- Past performances & relevant experiences
- Company capacity (assets, equipment, workforce)
- Business location(s) and service coverage
Interested vendors should submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) and supporting documents via email to: Information@redcross.org.sb. All submissions must be received no later than 4:00 PM, 27th February 2026. This RFI is for information-gathering purposes only and is not a formal solicitation or offer. Responding does not guarantee a contract or placement on our approved supplier list, and we will only contact shortlisted vendors for further evaluation.
